Join Velo Fille At Amy’s Gravel Fondo

Amy’s Gran Fondo at Apollo Bay has become an iconic part of the Australian riding calendar. For 2017 they are extending their ride options to include a gravel ride and Velo Fille are taking it on.

Amy’s Gravel Fondo will take place on Sunday 17th September, starting and finishing in Apollo Bay and covering a distance of 65 kilometres. Whilst not a technical course it will still be challenging, perfect for those who love to explore and take the road less ridden.

This will be a full weekend adventure taking in other events and activities surrounding Amy’s Gran Fondo in addition to the gravel ride. We will be leaving Warragul on Friday afternoon and returning Sunday afternoon. Velo Fille will take care of all arrangements, you just need a CX/gravel bike, your kit and a good times attitude.

We could tell you a whole bunch of blah blah about how this ride will be a great challenge and excellent motivation to keep you riding through winter. But really, like most Velo Fille trips it’s a bunch of great girls getting away and finding that inner teenager who has no idea who that mum/wife/partner/boss/adult person is. And going for a great ride.

Interested in coming along? Check out Amy’s Gran Fondo website for details of the ride and other events on during the weekend. Contact Kaylene with your questions or booking here. Expressions of interest need to be received by Sunday 9th July and deposits paid by 31st July.

We look forward to seeing you there.
